Social Group Meeting Notes for March 2, 2010

In attendance: Rachel Miller, Lisa Birky, Sam and Shannon Ratermann, Hilah Owen, Danielle Stucky, Becky Crowell, and Meghan Weiser.

Old Business: The super bowl party was a success and we are going to try to make this an annual event.

Rachel shared the Christmas family’s thank you note and is going to post them.

The progressive dinner has changed to Friday April 23^rd and due to a lack of funds in the social group budget this year the meals are going to be made by the hosts. Becca Brinkley is in charge of this event.

The farewell dinner is going to be in late May/ early June at Cocoa Dolce.

An email will be sent out to see if anyone would like to host an end of the year garage sale.

Next year’s dues are going to be increased by $5. They will be $40 for 1^st years, $50 for second years, and $60 for third years. We will once again have a late fee of $10 for dues that are paid after October 1^st.

There was nothing to report from Communication.

The next play group will be on St. Patrick’s Day, Wednesday March 17^th, at Hilah Owen’s at 10am
