If you have not paid, we need your dues NOW!!!!  Everyone has had five months to turn in their dues; if there is a reason you are unable to pay now, please let me know immediately, so that we are not counting those funds in our budget.  The remaining balances for the Christmas party are due in just over a week.  So, if you have not paid your dues, I need them turned in by this Friday, December 4th.   

 

As promised, since it is past October 1st, all unpaid dues are now assessed a $10 late fee.

Dues with Late Fee Cost:

1st Years: $45

2nd Years: $55

3rd Years: $65 

Couple Dues (Both individuals in the couple are in the Via Christi Family Medicine Residency Program): 1.5 times above listed amount 

 

 Ways to pay:

1.  Make a check out to Via Christi Social Group (please do NOT make the check out to me). 

2. You may mail the check me at Shannon Ratermann…check website for rest of address. 

3.  Or you can put the check in Sam Ratermann’s mailbox at the St. Joe clinic.

You may continue to pay via paypal - we will be adding a late fee option that you will also need to ‘check in the appropriate box’ to add the $10 late fee.
